Studoval na piaristick\u00e9m gymn\u00e1ziu nejprve v nedalek\u00e9 Litomy\u0161li (1716\u20131719) a pak v Krom\u011b\u0159\u00ed\u017ei (1719\u20131720). V letech 1720\u20131729 p\u016fsobil jako kantor v Chroustovic\u00edch a Kostelci nad Orlic\u00ed. Od roku 1729 byl a\u017e do smrti kantorem, varhan\u00edkem a star\u0161\u00edm liter\u00e1tsk\u00e9ho bratrstva v rodn\u00e9 Chocni. Choce\u0148 m\u011bla v 18. stolet\u00ed pouze tis\u00edc obyvatel, p\u0159esto tu byla od Koutn\u00edkova n\u00e1stupu, pak za jeho zet\u011b Jana V\u00e1clava Mat\u011bjky (1738\u20131801), a\u017e do smrti Tom\u00e1\u0161e Kolovr\u00e1tka (1763\u20131831), souvisl\u00e1 tradice komponuj\u00edc\u00edch kantor\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O pozn\u00e1n\u00ed Koutn\u00edkova d\u00edla se ve 20. stolet\u00ed nejv\u00edc zaslou\u017eili choce\u0148sk\u00fd skladatel Adolf Krameni\u010d (1889\u20131953) a historik Jaroslav Vani\u0161 (1923\u20131993). Adolf Krameni\u010d mezi lety 1943\u20131950 shrom\u00e1\u017edil a spartoval v\u011bt\u0161inu Koutn\u00edkov\u00fdch zachovan\u00fdch skladeb. Krasopisn\u00e9 a pe\u010dliv\u00e9 spartace jsou dnes s celou obs\u00e1hlou Krameni\u010dovou hudebn\u00ed sb\u00edrkou ulo\u017eeny v&nbsp;Region\u00e1ln\u00edm muzeu ve Vysok\u00e9m M\u00fdt\u011b. Z Koutn\u00edkovy tvorby zat\u00edm zn\u00e1me 52 chr\u00e1mov\u00fdch d\u011bl. Vedle t\u011bchto figur\u00e1ln\u00edch kompozic se zachovaly je\u0161t\u011b \u010dty\u0159i rukopisn\u00e9 knihy jednohlas\u00fdch <strong><em>Rorate<\/em><\/strong> z let 1739, 1753, 1765 a 1772 (Orlick\u00e9 muzeum Choce\u0148). Koutn\u00edkov\u00fdm v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edm skladb\u00e1m, z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b inspirovan\u00fdch lidovou hudbou, byla v minulosti badatelsky i interpreta\u010dn\u011b v\u011bnov\u00e1na dostate\u010dn\u00e1 pozornost. M\u00e9n\u011b u\u017e ostatn\u00ed chr\u00e1mov\u00e9 tvorb\u011b. To mo\u017en\u00e1 zap\u0159\u00ed\u010dinilo, \u017ee se hudb\u011b kantor\u016f p\u0159isuzoval obecn\u011b charakter lidov\u00e9ho um\u011bn\u00ed bez dostate\u010dn\u00e9ho um\u011bleck\u00e9ho zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed. &nbsp;<strong><em>Vesperae<\/em><\/strong><em> <strong>de nativitate Domini<\/strong><\/em> a <strong><em>Litaniae Lauretanae ex C<\/em><\/strong> z&nbsp;r. 1760 pat\u0159\u00ed ke Koutn\u00edkov\u00fdm nejrozs\u00e1hlej\u0161\u00edm dochovan\u00fdm kompozic\u00edm, kter\u00e9 ale doposud nebyly provedeny. Ne\u0161pory v&nbsp;opise kantora Jana Rohl\u00ed\u010dka z&nbsp;d\u011bkansk\u00e9ho archivu v&nbsp;Litomy\u0161li si Adolf Krameni\u010d vyp\u016fj\u010dil a po spartaci vr\u00e1til, nicm\u00e9n\u011b tento dobov\u00fd pramen je moment\u00e1ln\u011b nezv\u011bstn\u00fd. Litaniae spartoval Krameni\u010d a\u017e po 2. sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lce, kdy\u017e se otev\u0159ely fondy N\u00e1rodn\u00edho muzea, kam se dostaly ze sb\u00edrky Ond\u0159eje Horn\u00edka. Ten si v roce 1901 vybral z&nbsp;choce\u0148sk\u00fdch hudebnin v\u0161echny Koutn\u00edkovy a Kolovr\u00e1tkovy autografy jako hudebn\u011b zaj\u00edmav\u00e9, ale pro provoz k\u016fru ji\u017e nepou\u017eiteln\u00e9. Dnes jsou t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u0161echny kompozice choce\u0148sk\u00fdch kantor\u016f pro badatele dostupn\u00e9 v \u010cesk\u00e9m muzeu hudby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159\u00edkladem jednoduch\u00e9ho strofick\u00e9ho zhudebn\u011bn\u00ed pouze pro sopr\u00e1n a alt je <strong><em>Hymnus De Venerabili Sacramento: Pange lingua gloriosi<\/em><\/strong> z&nbsp;roku 1761. Dochovan\u00e9 autografn\u00ed party Krameni\u010dovi v\u011bnoval kantor z Ivan\u010dic (ulo\u017eeno v Region\u00e1ln\u00edm muzeu ve Vysok\u00e9m M\u00fdt\u011b). Nedochovan\u00fd part <em>Organo<\/em> byl pro dne\u0161n\u00ed proveden\u00ed rekonstruov\u00e1n. <strong><em>Cantus seu Aria ex B de Beata \u201eAve mundi spes Maria\u201c <\/em><\/strong>pro tenor a bas se zachoval v Mat\u011bjkov\u011b opise na k\u016fru v Brand\u00fdse nad Orlic\u00ed. Jako p\u0159\u00edklad Koutn\u00edkova p\u0159irozen\u00e9ho polyfonn\u00edho vyjad\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed uv\u00e1d\u00edme <strong><em>Regina coeli ex G<\/em><\/strong> z&nbsp; Nov\u00e9ho M\u011bsta
